One more five-star hotel to be constructed in Batumi 2011-01-06 Aside of Sheraton, Radisson, Hyatt and Kempinski one more hotel brand Ritz-Carlton is planned to construct a five-star hotel in seaside city of Batumi, Georgia’s Adjara region. The joint Georgian-Turkish company “B&J Georgia” will invest 250 million in construction works, which are scheduled to have been completed by 2015. The hotel will have a casino and the related infrastructure. The 90% of employees should be Georgians. A total of USD 147 million was invested in Adjara region during 2010.
